Training on the Telephone
Overview
360fusion worked with Training on the Telephone in 2010 to produce a magnificent website to promote their training courses. The creation of Kevin Green, Training on the Telephone delivers telephone training on a number of key areas including sales, customer services, and personal effectiveness training.
The Brief
TrainingOnTheTelephone.co.uk required a site in which delegates could book telephone training courses online. Using simple and secure payment methods such as PayPal, the website invites individuals or groups to explore their specific telephone training needs and book courses accordingly.
Delegates are sent a joining pack to the email address provided during the payment process with details of the training event. Delegates are required to dial into the telephone number issued within the delegate info pack 5 minutes before the listed event time to ensure a punctual start to the training session.
Training on the Telephone not only required a site in which people could make payment for training courses online, they also needed the flexibility of being able to update their content easily. The courses section on the site details information such as course objectives, content and benefits so delegates can understand how each individual training session will benefit them.
Finished Product
We are proud of the finished product, especially considering it's extremely easy to keep up-to-date, one of the key requirements set out in the brief from Training on the Telephone. “I required a website that would promote my training courses and that is exactly what I got!
